If you do not like the purchased product or no longer want it for any reason, write us an email with your return request and we will proceed to process it as soon as possible.
The return of the product received can be managed by the client, ensuring that it arrives in perfect condition or picked up by our transport company. The product must keep the original packaging and have no signs of use.
In the event that the return has been managed with our own transport, two shipping costs will be subtracted from the returned amount, those generated in the purchase and those generated in the return, if the customer has managed the return shipment by himself only one transport will be subtracted (€12).
Once the unwanted product is received, we will check if the product is in its original packaging and does not have signs of use, if so, we will proceed to the return of the amount, discounting the corresponding transport costs, within a maximum period of 7 natural days from the receipt of the product in our warehouse.
